Commissions

Thank you for taking the time to check out my commissions! Before placing an order, please make sure to read through my terms of service and the general rules of what I will and will not draw. By commissioning me, you agree to all of my policies.

Terms of Service

❖ Read my BLACKLIST linked here. You MUST read it and respect the fact that I do not want myself or my work to be linked to these users in any way, shape, or form.❖ I am currently only accepting payments through PayPal, ToyHouse Premium, Ko-Fi, and Discord Nitro. If you know me personally in real life, you may pay me in cash.❖ My prices are always listed in USD.❖ Commissions are NOT first come first serve. I typically have only 3-5 slots open at a time. Once they are all full, you may be put on a waitlist or turned away.❖ If there is a certain deadline that needs to be met for a commission, tell me in your forum submission and I'll let you know if I'm able to complete it within the allotted time period (this may cost an additional fee).❖ Once I approve your commission request I will contact you to discuss the details of your submission. After everything has been sorted, I will send a PayPal invoice to your email or request the appropriate Discord Nitro gift be sent. I will only begin your commission after the full payment is received.❖ It may take some time for the invoice to be sent. I do not usually accept commission payments if I can't start a commission right away. You will still receive a confirmation message/email when I receive your request, so don't worry!❖ Additional fees may be added to the price of a commission for complex character designs and props. Furthermore, the base prices for my artwork is for personal use only. If you wish to use my artwork for commercial purposes, there will be an additional fee.❖ Backgrounds and scene elements add additional fees to the base price.❖ I will only draw characters with full, clear, and colored references (or at least a labeled color palette). I will not work off of descriptions or pixelated/unclear references, models, or pictures.❖ I will send you sketches and WIPs of your commission so you can send feedback as to what to change/fix or give me approval of the drawing so I may finish it. You are allowed to request changes in 3 different instances I provide you with a WIP. After that, I may charge additional fees.❖ I prefer to contact my clients through messaging apps or social media DMs, as they are often easier to hold discussions and talk about commission details than through email, so if you have alternative forms of contact that would be ideal!❖ I'll try to get your commission done ASAP, but keep in mind I am only human and have my own life outside of drawing, so I cannot spend every hour of my day working. Typically I'll have your order finished within 1-3 weeks, but remember that the larger the project, the more time I will require to finish it.❖ I will not draw in another artist's art style. If you are commissioning me, you are paying for my art style.❖ You cannot turn my artwork into an NFT. They are bad for the environment and I do not support them (plus their worth has just recently tanked so I see no reason as to why you'd want to now anyways).❖ You MUST credit me whenever posting my art on any platform. I reserve all rights to my artwork and you cannot treat it as your own creation (no editing, tweaking, tracing, etc.)❖ You MUST credit me as the original designer of any adoptables/customs you obtain from me or secondhand. You may make changes to the character, but they must remain recognizable when compared to their original design. Ergo, the development from the original to your revisions shouldn't be too drastic.❖ Unless I am 100% unable to finish your order, there are absolutely no refunds once I begin work on your commission. If you think you might need the money for any other reason, PLEASE DO NOT COMMISSION ME.❖ I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

*Extra fees added for gore or suggestive art.
*I will not do explicit NSFW or certain kinks/fetishes (no scat, non-con, beastiality, etc), nor will I draw NSFW gore. I am not comfortable with anything too hardcore and thus reserve every right to decline any NSFW order.
*I will only draw suggestive art and gore of FICTIONAL CHARACTERS. If you send me irl photos/nudes of actual people I will block you.
*Only adults may order gore or suggestive art. I may ask for proof of your age.

Prices

*Additional fees may be charged for complex character designs/props, backgrounds/scene elements.
*Additional characters are +75% extra of the base price.

About Me

Hello there, I'm Delphi! I'm a digital artist, animator, and comic creator. I am currently in the process of making a comic out of my story, 𝔒𝔣 𝔇𝔦𝔳𝔦𝔫𝔦𝔱𝔶 𝔞𝔫𝔡 𝔇𝔞𝔪𝔫𝔞𝔱𝔦𝔬𝔫, a high fantasy drama/romance (with bits of gore and horror here and there). For the most part my work will contain heavy and mature themes, so please be aware before checking them out.Feel free to message me on any platform! ❖ I do my video editing in Wondershare Filmora and VEGAS Pro 21.
